File Sharing Help

I am really hoping some smart person out there will be able to help me.  For a while now I have been struggling to find the best way to share files.  For the most part I have used Media Fire to share files, but I do not like that you cannot see what you're downloading before you actually download it.  I have tried Google Docs, but non Google users can only see the files as images rather than PDFs.  The most recent file, the I Love My White Shoes Tot Pack, I tried Scribd, but have heard that some people are getting an error message. For now I will try to go back and add Media Fire links to that post so that other people can download the pack.    What do you use to share files?
