A while back I made some vocabulary cards and a printable book for the names of Farm Babies (as well as Little Reader Lessons). Archer seemed to like them so much, that I made a set for wile animal babies.
The vocabulary cards and printable book go through names given to babies of different species of animals. We started with the Little Reader lessons and then moved on to reading the book together and then matching the cards.
Archer can read all of the names, and can match them if I present about half at a time (he tends to get overwhelmed and lose interest if I give him all 12 at once).
