I agree. Doing everything completely by the book is so time consuming and expensive! I am definitely not perfect and consider this all a huge learning experience for myself.

I have heard that about glycerin. I really should get some next time I go to the craft store!Kayshahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14990524473266641200noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2506593895987854984.post-5647083960216150862011-07-19T16:55:59.233-05:002011-07-19T16:55:59.233-05:00I just found your blog and love it :) You are doin...I just found your blog and love it :) You are doing all the things I had planned to do with my son but ended up not doing (we managed the math dots, that's all) due to the time it was taking to produce materials. It is great to see that it is actually possible!

I've since found Brillkids and LR and LM are my saviours! I am now able to focus on the things I wanted to do, but don't have the time to plan.

I love your sound jars. Usually you see people with lovely blogs and perfect materials and it makes me feel that my home-made make-do setup isn't good enough. It is nice to know not everyone has the time/money/desire to make eveything exactly perfect!

With the glitter jar, if you add some glycerine to the water, it makes the glitter 'float' in the water better (like a snowglobe).Alihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13149506012845925975noreply@blogger.com
